SOG Terminus XR

    I bought a SOG Terminus XR on January 25, 2019. One of the springs in the locking mechanism broke last week. Is it normal for that to happen, considering that I've owned it for roughly one month?

    Nope. Contact customer service and they will tell you how to send it back to get it fixed for free.
