Anybody know a thick(ish) blade open assist metal handle folder for around $30-40. The twitch just hit me wrong, but I lived the build of the knife. I said thick blade because my Leek seems a bit frail with the thin blade. Something available on amazon would be even better.
 
Not with metal scales, but I love my Kershaw Pack Rat. Check one out, but be warned: they have discontinued them as of next year.
 
Is the blade thickness on the Volt comparable to the Skyline? The Skyline has the thickness I want, but I hate the shape, lack of open assist and overly abrasive G-10 handles.
 
Click on the link I posted, the fourth photo down shows the thickness. It seems pretty thick to me. I might actually get one, it looks pretty awesome to me... plus I'm a sucker for Kershaw Knives.
 
Man at so few made, that Volt won't happen for me. I'm actually looking at more Scandi grind knives now. Know any that fold?
