SOG warranty service 2 thumbs up

I had a very good experience dealing with SOG recently. I had a well used twitch 2 with a broken spring. Mailed it to their warranty department and less than 2 weeks later I received what appears to be a brand new twitch 2. This is the first time I've had to send anything in for warranty work to them or anyone else for that matter and am very impressed. Would definitely buy from SOG again in the future with the confidence that if I did have an issue they would fix it no problem.
