Diamondback Tactical is one of the large manufacturers of HSAPI Plates. That is the difference. Pictures follow. We initially got these plates for use in a plate carrier, but that never happened. We own plates, soft armor and a vest that everything fits in already. We believe these plates to have been manufactured around 2004 and have not been shot or struck.
