Got my eyes open Wayne. As do a lot of folks that love your knives. Whatever you make is top shelf in my opinion Like the clip point hunter and nessmuk I have, whatever it is will be cool looking and impeccably crafted. You'll be tickled pink with your hunter for sure, bwlacey. I sure was with mine.

I have heard that D2 can get sharp but it keeps a working edge a long time because of the larger carbides that act like micro serrations.

D-2 is a tough tool steel and I have heard the same thing about large Carbides. I really like D-2
