SOLDElk Razor forged hunter, single bevel, 1095, differential heat treat using clay with visible hamon. 8-1/4” overall with 4” blade, a nice handy size hunter. Hand polished to show hamon, but finish will hold up well under hard use. Cord wrap provides for a very secure grip, especially when wet, also cleans up real easy simply wash with soapy water, dry and oil.

I'd prefer antler scales, but still, altogether this is beauty of form & finish. Great looking knife. The cord wrap is nice but ...(IMO). Someone will love this just as it is for sure.

What is the reason behind the single bevel ?
and, is cord wrap epoxy soaked or coated in some manner ?

hi Roland, sometimes I just like to do a single bevel, no special reasoning behind it. The cord wrap is cured with thinned down epoxy.
