Looking to unload this upper. It's brand new, built by the previous owner. I was going to build a light weight rifle, but I need the funds elsewhere for now. The barrel is a light weight stainless barrel commissioned by Rainier and built by Rock Creek with 5R 1:8 rifling (see: https://www.rainierarms.com/rainier-arms-223-wylde-barrel-int-16-rock-creek-blank). It currently wears an A2 flash suppressor with a BCM low-pro gas block and an intermediate stainless gas tube (between mid and rifle length). These are supposed to be laser-accurate, smooth cycling barrels and would be a perfect candidate for an inexpensive 3-Gun build or a loosely-based Recce-type build!
The upper is an Aero Precision with M4 feed ramps, forward assist, and chamber door installed. The handguard is a new ALG Defense V2 M-LOK rail in black. No BCG is included, nor is a charging handle.
This would run you over $650 new to build (not including any shipping expenses), and the barrels were a limited run (now out of stock). The only wear on this is a few small handling marks on the ALG and a small mark on the upper's rail from a closet door rubbing against it. Otherwise, this is brand new and unused. The first owner did test fire it a few times, but it's otherwise brand new.
I'm asking $565 shipped and insured.
