I have another custom made self-defense Pocket Spike up for sale. The design and function is based on the yawara, an ancient Japanese fighting/self-defense tool. It's handmade from 19th century tool steel, a butchers honing rod. Shows age and previous use with a beautiful natural patina. Measures 5 3/4", not including the stainless steel split ring and coyote brown 550 para-cord lanyard strap. It's solid steel and weighs 3.5 ounces. Fluted hexagon shape. The remnant of the original makers mark reads, "HARRISON BROS.", over "& HOWSON". Comes with a custom wet-formed leather slip sheath with two decorative metal concho's. Great defense tool in an emergency situation. Perfect for carrying in a pocket, purse or handbag. SOLD shipped within the US and its protectorates. Contact me at billgoodwin1958@gmail.com

I like it.
Very clean and understated for it's purpose.
How much would shipping to Sydney, australia cost?

Sorry AndyDowns but I don't do international shipping for this item. Thank you for your kind remarks.

I have no idea what the Rockwell hardness is Ritt, but being that it was a butchers honing rod, it certainly is hardened steel.
