Genuine 19th century stag. This stag roll measures 4 5/8" and weighs 3.5 ounces. Reconditioned but shows age and previous use. Has a small check on the right side at the small end that actually appears to be an extension of the texture after sanding. There is a hole drilled at both ends where the original tool and end cap attached. Hard and stable. Cleaned, polished and ready to be used. Beautiful stuff. Getting very hard to find.
