Note that the red-handled one has some patina spots on it. Steel is 1095 on both so some patina is normal.

The sheaths are simple slip sheaths. You kinda just jam the knife in there.

Yeah I'm a sucker for these lime cutters, I also farm for a living and guess what grow 30 acres of Persian limes and a few acres of Australian finger limes among other stuff...Let me know if you run across anymore, regards...

Out of cuiorsity, what are the overall length? Wondering if they are the extended version with a slightly longer handle and blade.

Unfortunately I sent them off without measuring, but I think these were the shorter 5" ones, not the extended ones.
