Hi all,
I've got another "Lemonator" up for sale today. These make great little kitchen utility chopper for small tasks. It would also make a great "bar knife" for slicing lemons, limes and oranges. Or if you're not into slicing citrus you could use it as a cheese knife. The steel is 26C3 at RC64 and the handle material is beautiful stabilized Silky Oak.
SPECS:
OAL: 7"
BLADE: 3" long, 1.25" heel height. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.10" 26C3 carbon steel heat treated to RC64 that is etched in FeCl.
HANDLE: K&G Stabilized Silky Oak with natural micarta and orange G10 liners and natural paper micarta pins.
PRICE: $SOLD Shipped USPS in the CONUS
International buyers welcome, shipping extra.
Paypal, check or money orders accepted.
Post "I'll take it" here in this thread and then PM or email me for arrangements. I have this posted on Instagram as well. The first time stamp has priority.
Comments/Questions/Critiques welcome.
Thanks for looking!
