Hello gentlemen,
I have a camp knife up for grabs here tonight. It is 26C3 carbon steel that is heat treated to RC63 with a spring tempered spine for added toughness. There is a slight amount of auto-hamon by the choil. The handle is full sized for a larger hand. The handle material is Python canvas micarta which looks great and will be extremely durable. It comes with a leather sheath.
SPECS:
OAL: 10.5"
BLADE: 5" long, 1.375" wide. It has been hand finished to 800 grit and lightly etched in FeCl. The grind is hybrid flat/convex which is down to 0.010" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.13" 26C3 carbon steel heat treated to RC63 with spring tempered spine and slight auto-hamon.
HANDLE: Python canvas micarta with stainless steel pins and tubes.
SHEATH: Pouch style leather
