I am the second owner of this tough little tool; the first owner used it sparingly, I have not used it. I tried to capture the very minor blade marks. Devin Price of 2Hawks makes excellent pack hatchets, and offers a 25 year warranty on the head.
The Trapper is approx. 14" OAL. The head is 5' long w/ a head height of 2 3/8" of 6150 high carbon steel, with 2Hawks blued finish. The handle is flamed grain hickory, and the belt sheath is hand sewn of heavy leather.
This is a small but serious tool, sold by 2Hawks for $125.
