Good Evening Gentlemen,
I have just finished up one of my Predmore Short Hunters in 3V tool steel. It's heat treated to RC61 including LN cryo treatment. The clip is not sharpened. This workhorse is fitted with some really awesome green rag micarta from GL Hansen's and Sons. It comes close to vintage rag micarta to my eye. The pins and lanyard tube are 416 stainless steel.
SPECS:
OAL: 9.25"
BLADE: 4.3" long, 1.4" wide. It has been hand sanded to 400 grit. The grind is compound full flat/convex. the edge is down to 0.010" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.156" CPM-3V tool steel heat treated to RC61 including LN cryo.
HANDLE: Green rag micarta from GL Hansen's and Sons. Stainless steel pins and lanyard tube.
SHEATH: Teklok ready Kydex sheath included.
