Hey guys, I've just finished up this hunter in 3V. It was heat treated by Peter's to RC61 and it's handled in some awesome Canxan Negro Burl (which is also called Nargusta Burl). The bolsters are black canvas micarta. The edge it down to 0.009" before sharpening so it should be an nice slicer. The sheath is stacked leather.
Specs:
OAL: 9.5"
Blade: 4.5" long, 1.5" wide, full flat grind with 600 grit satin machine finish with a cork belt. The edge is 0.009" before sharpening.
Steel: 0.167" 3V steel heat treated by Peter's to RC61
Handle: Canxan Negro Burl from Mark at Burl Source, black canvas micarta bolsters, black micarta pins.
Sheath: Stacked leather
*SOLD* CONUS, international buyers welcome shipping extra.
