Hi all I've got a great little slicer that's up for grabs here today. It's a new pattern for me that I'm calling the "Kitchen Shark" It's super thin so it should be great for kitchen prep work. The steel is 52100 heat treated to RC62. The handle is K&G stabilized and black dyed Redwood burl with Kingwood bolsters.
SPECS:
OAL: 11. 25"
BLADE: 6.75" long, 1.625" heel height. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.006" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.098" 52100 carbon steel heat treated to RC62. It was thermal cycled with the DET protocol.
HANDLE: K&G Stabilized and black dyed Redwood burl with Kingwood bolsters, black and white G10 liners and black micarta pin.
Price: $SOLD Shipped USPS in the CONUS, international buyers welcome, shipping extra.
Paypal, check or money orders accepted.
Post "I'll take it" here in this thread and then PM or email me for arrangements. I have this posted on Instagram as well. The first time stamp has priority.
Comments/Questions/Critiques welcome.
Thanks for looking!
