Gentlemen,
It's been a while since I've finished up one of these in Arizona Desert Ironwood Burl so I have one of my Terosaur hunters up for sale today. It's 52100 carbon steel that's hardened and tempered to RC61. The tang is skeletonized leaving the blade well balanced right at the front pins. I think the AZ Ironwood speaks for itself
SPECS:
OAL: 11"
BLADE: 5.5" long, 1.5" wide. The blade has been hand finished to 600 grit. The grind is compound full flat/convex. The clip is not sharpened. The edge is down to 0.012" before sharpening. The spine and choil are rounded for comfort.
STEEL: 0.187" 52100 carbon steel heat treated to RC61 and the tang skeletonized for weight reduction.
HANDLE: Arizona Desert Ironwood Burl and black canvas micarta. The liner is black G10 and the pins are black canvas micarta.
SHEATH: My standard pouch style leather sheath.
