This is 8.85" chef's knife in 52100 high carbon steel with sculpted frame handle.
I don’t really make sculpted shaped handles but I thought I would give it a go on this western profile chefs knife. Thanks to @maumasifirearts for providing visual influence. His handle design was something I felt that I could tackle and do well. I modified the handle with flats instead of a full contour.
