Robert Erickson Robert Erickson I’m curious what makes this a camp knife and not a hunting knife? I have a hunter from you and it clearly favors slicyness over brawn, but seems similar to this. Mine also has a full flat grind. Does it come down to blade size and thickness?

You're right I should probably just call this one a large hunter as it is more geared towards slicing. I wouldn't use this this one for chopping duties etc but you could have this one in your hunting camp and do light camp chores such as making feather sticks etc. with it. I guess that was where my mind was at. Thanks for the input/question!
