I have up for sale a Chef in AEB L. This is my second attempt at a chef knife, and I think it turned out pretty well. I ground it into a very thin, nice convex edge, these have in testing cut very well, while still offering a good amount of food release. As always the knife has a lifetime warranty again manufacture defects and you have 7 days upon receiving the knife to return it unused. If I left anything out please let me know and thanks for looking!

7 1/2 Blade hand sanded to 400 grit.
Handle is Stabilized maple burl hybrid(teal) w/black and white G10 liners.
Carbon fiber pins.
