Hello Everyone, starting the new year off right with this 8” Nakiri made from 8670 high carbon steel and Mocha Micarta handles. This is a sweet vegetable knife, 1/16” thick at the spine with a thin chisel grind it cuts effortlessly. Very light and comfortable to use it has a 4.5” handle that provides a nice balance and grip to the knife. The knife will also come with a wood saya to store the knife in.
