Hey guys! Been a bit since I posted due to computer problems. So I have some catching up to do, starting with this one.
Here is a one off tanto I just finished. I am mixing it up a bit using something besides black on the handle. : )
This one has an 8.5" CPM3V blade, with a deep fuller which leads to incredible balance just in front of the guard. I put an antique "bonsai" menuki under the light orange tsuka ito.
The sheath is hand stitched veg tan with Ostrich trim and a black g10 kurigata.
OAL - 14" oal
Blade - 8.5"
Steel - CPM3V with my high performance HT including LN Cryo
Guard - Titanium, copper spacer
Menuki - Antique bonsai tree
Handle - epoxy hardened tsuka ito
Sheath - Hand stitched veg tan leather, ostrich trim, G10 Kurigata
Price - $1550 + $20 Priority sh. International would be about $45
