I'm offering this modified Nakiri up for sale here and on Instagram today. It's thin like a Nakiri but shaped somewhat like a cleaver with some belly. It's 52100 carbon steel that's been etched with FeCl. The handle is beautiful K&G stabilized black dyed Quilted Maple. It's nice a light for it's size and thin behind the edge that should make it a great kitchen slicer.

SPECS:

OAL: 13.0" (330mm)
BLADE: 8" (200mm) long, 2.0" (50mm) heel height. It has been hand finished to 800grit then etched in FeCl. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.10" (2.5mm) 52100 carbon steel heat treated to RC61.
HANDLE: K&G Stabilized Black Dyed Quilted maple with black and white liners and black micarta pins.
Price: $SOLD Shipped USPS in the CONUS
International buyers welcome, shipping extra.
Paypal, check or money orders accepted.
