Up for grabs is the little brother to the original Acies, the A.G. Russell Acies II.
With a 3" hollow ground blade of ZDP-189 it is pretty much the perfect EDC blade. I like this over the Small Sebenza. I sold my sebenza and kept this so those aren't just empty words.
I am not the original owner. The previous owner seemed to have struggled sharpening the ZDP so I headed over the the AG shop to ask them to resharpen which they were kind enough to do. So not the "factory" edge but about as close as you can get.
Phil Gibbs was in the storefront when I dropped if off. It was great speaking with him and he gave me a some cool insight into the knife when it was being made. AG had this made in the USA by Kershaw/ZT and was 1 of 2 American companies at the time that were allowed to use the steel. Spyderco was the other. AG Russell was the only company that actually fabricated the knives with that steel in the US though. Kinda cool I thought.
Anyhow, sorry for the rambling sales post. Please claim the knife in this thread with a follow-up PM.
Payment: PayPal FF preferred
Shipping: USPS CONUS (I will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we can discuss that later)
Price: SOLD
