Body Condition: I rate it at 98% just because I used it, but there are no marks or signs of use anywhere. The LCDs have had screen protectors on them since day one and the body was stored in a humidity controlled box.
Number of Shutter Actuations: I don't know the exact number, but it's less than 4,000, see picture.
Sale Includes: Everything shown: box, manual, CDs, unopened strap and unopened cables. Not shown is the charger and original LP-E4N battery, both are included. I will also include a ProMedia Gear L-Bracket which was mounted on the camera but has never seen a tripod and an LP-E4 battery. I bought the battery as "new" in April of this year, I have no reason to believe otherwise.
