Gentlemen,
I have a nice little B&T up for grabs here tonight. It would be just as happy in your kitchen but it comes with a Kydex sheath so it's your choice. The Steel is AEB-L razor blade steel that is one of my favorite all-around steels that I work with. The handle is gorgeous Australian Red Mallee Burl with white and natural liners.
SPECS:
OAL: 8.0"
BLADE: 3.0" long, 1.0" wide. It has been hand finished to 400 grit. The grind is hybrid flat/convex which is down to 0.009" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.06" AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: Australian Red Mallee Burl with natural micarta and white G10 liners and natural micarta pins.
SHEATH: TekLok ready Kydex
