Hi all,
I've got a nice little combo up for sale tonight. The blade is AEB-L stainless steel and the handle is K&G Stabilized Asian Satinwood Burl. The cheeseboard is curly Walnut that has been hand sanded and sealed with Butcher Block brand sealant.
SPECS:
OAL: 6.75"
BLADE: 3.0" long, 0.75" wide. It has been belt finished to 400grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" but has NOT been sharpened.
STEEL: 0.070" AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: K&G Stabilized Asian Satinwood Burl with forest green G10 liners and natural pins.
CHEESEBOARD: Curly walnut that has been hand sanded and sealed with "Butcher Block" sealant.
