Hi all,
I've got a great little 7" Euro Chef up for sale here today. It's AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62 including prequench and LN cryo. The blade grind is hybrid full flat/convex down to 0.007" and it's hand sanded to 600 grit. The handle material is beautiful K&G stabilized curly Tasmanian Blackwood with black and white liners. This is a light weight all around kitchen knife that will be a great addition to your kitchen arsenal.
SPECS:
OAL: 295mm (12")
BLADE: 175mm (7") long, 48mm (1.9") heel height. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.007" before sharpening.
STEEL: 2.5mm (0.098") AEB-L Stainless steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: K&G Stabilized Curly Tasmanian Blackwood with black and white G10 liners and bronze pins.
