Hi all,
I've got a really nice little petty knife up for grabs here today. The steel is AEB-L which has been heat treated to RC62 which should give it really good edge retention. The handle material is beautiful K&G stabilized Afzelia burl. The steel is very thin behind the edge so it's going to be a great little slicer for someone.
SPECS:
OAL: 9.0"
BLADE: 4.0" long, 1.125" wide. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.070" AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: Stabilized Afzelia burl with Orange and black G10 liners and natural micarta pins.
Price: $sold Shipped USPS in the CONUS, international buyers welcome, shipping extra.
Paypal, check or money orders accepted.
Post "I'll take it" here in this thread and then PM or email me for arrangements. I have this posted on Instagram as well. The first time stamp has priority.
Comments/Questions/Critiques welcome.
Thanks for looking!
