This one isn't as fancy as the last one I posted but it'll be a great kitchen performer. It's AEB-L stainless steel at RC62 with caramel colored paper micarta and bronze pins. The micarta finished up like glass and feels warm in hand. I like this one a lot. I'm discounting this one a bit as the blade is from another order that ended up not being needed.

SPECS:
OAL: 9.0" (225mm)
BLADE: 4.25" (105mm) long, 1.0" (25mm) wide. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.10" (2.5mm) AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: Caramel Paper Micarta with bronze pins.
Price: $Sold Shipped USPS in the CONUS, International buyers welcome, shipping extra.
