New, unsharpened and unused, but not perfect. In the safe for years (forgot I had it!) Comes with everything from the factory. A few handling marks. Opens with authority. Note the "old school" pocket clip has a bit of surface rust, but there isn't any elsewhere. I'll also add that you just don't find new satin plain edge AFO's anymore.
