This is a Franco Bernard knife. Franco is the son of Arno Bernard Junior and made knives for a short period of time with his uncle and his father - there are very few of these out there. His knives are made to the same exacting standards and quality found in all Bernard knives. The scales on this knife are made from sheep's horn and are held in place by five stainless steel pins. The blade is made from 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel and the tang is tapered. This knife has a blade that is hollow ground and brush finished and the flats are high polished. ** Corrected Specs....Blade: 4 1/4", Handle: 3 3/4", OAL: 8". ** The sheath is made from Cape Buffalo.

Knife is new/mint, never used, carried or sharpened.
