Hi Guys- Looking to sell my Fat Herbie today. It is a beautiful wallet and I love it, I just have converted to a front pocket wallet lately and this is too beautiful to just sit in a drawer unused. These are $300 new from Ashland Leather out of Chicago. Ashland Leather is a leather goods company owned by a guy named Phil Kalas who works for the Horween Leather Tannery (also in Chicago). He is an awesome guy who puts out a top notch product.
The Fat Herbie is IMO the best back pocket wallet available. The layout of the wallet allows you to carry lots of cards and cash without feeling like you have a brick (Costanza wallet) in your back pocket throwing your back out of wack. The larger footprint and layout of the Fat Herbie keeps the wallet nice and thin. You can easily carry 12+ cards in this thing. Look it up on Youtube for more info on it, there are tons of reviews out there.
This one is crafted out of Horween Shell Cordovan (Natural), the best horses ass on the planet.
It has been used and carried and has developed a beautiful patina with tons of life left in it for sure.
Unfortunately I do not have the box, just the wallet- what you see is what you get (minus the cash and credit cards :-D )
These are $300 new (at least when I bought it) and I am asking $175 SOLD (OBO) shipped to your door, including USA priority mail shipping and paypal fees.
I will consider trade offers as well, hit me up via PM. I love pocket knives, especially Chris Reeve, GEC slip joints, etc. I could also use a new Leatherman Surge (or Wave?). I'd also consider a blue diver like a Orient Triton or maybe a Mako USA 2.
