This is an original US military issue nomex flight jacket model CWU-45/P (winter weight).
It does have a small (less than dime size) stain on the left pocket, you can see it in the first picture.
I had wrote my name with a black marker under the white tag on the inside of the jacket in letters about 2". I used a black marker to cover each letter.
