Here is another knife forged from ball bearing and heat treated as 52100.
Please note, it's made from "regular ball bearing" not the ones from M18 "Hellcat"

Flats are left raw, just soaked overnight in vinegar and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.

Details:

Blade length - 95mm (3,740")
Blade width - 38mm (1,496")
Thickness at the back of the spine 3mm - (0,118")
Overall length - 220mm (8,661")

Handle material: Textolite (vintage phenolic micarta over 30 years old), black G10 liners, brass pins and lanyard tube.

Handmade 5mm thick (0,196") vegetable leather sheath

That's a nice knife; nothing fancy but still good looking. Excellent blade profile, good for all cutting. Looks to fit the hand in position of function. All for under $100, that's a deal in the buyer's favor for sure, and it has a sheath. I wish knife makers could get more money for all their time, effort & dedication.
I have too many knives and not enough life left to buy another fixed blade. I posted to compliment the maker and encourage someone who might be new to knives and a bit unsure.
I have a very similar knife made by Wm. Crump, and i really enjoy using it.

fool if you don't take it. Hard to find that combination of materials for the price he's asking - elsewhere.

I swear by daados knives I just gutted and skinned a dear with mine Saturday and it's still as sharp as it was when I bought it

I was hoping you'd make another of these because I missed out on the first. I'll definitely take it!

Thanks for kind comments guys!
I try to keep it simple, good looking and usable.
