Ban Tan Victorinox Fruit Knife - $40 - PayPal f&f or Zelle (click link for short video)
Ban took some victorinox knives, carbidized them for added durability, and put a wicked zero edge on it. I have the paring knife model in my kitchen and that shit is wild.
