This is a banno kobocho I made from a standard blade from my Essencial (semi-custom) series. I made several varations of this model so each one is kind of unique.This one - like all my Essencials - has a 1070 blade, just over 4" long, very thin (2mm) and wide, chisel ground on the right side. The handle is morado wood, that I use a lot due to its strenght and beauty. A very plain, usefull tool in any kitchen.
