Thinning the fixed blade herd. Only used a few times to process some fruit in the kitchen. I haven't touched the edge up at all. Still very sharp. Some very slight discoloration on the blade, but doesn't affect it at all.(darker spots near the handle). Other marks are from my fingerprints. Elmax is hard to photograph.Haven't carried it. Comes with all original stuff in photos. Let me know if you have any questions.
