New / unused Bark River Canoe Sambar Stag and leather with sheath and original box.
Description from Mike Stewart -Bark River was able to acquire some blades from the now closed Marble's factory and recreated the look and feel of the original Marble's Ideal knife in 2011. The Design harkens back to 1898 to the First Real American Hunting Knives designed by Webster Marble and then the Sheffield Firms that Copied the Marbles patterns.
"The Marbles Canoe was a the size of the Smaller Ideal but it has a little different fuller and was made from thinner stock. We made these from 1095 that was under 3/16ths thick so they are closer to the look and feel of the vintage Canoes."
Overall Length: 8.775 Inches
Blade Length: 4.250 Inches
Blade Steel:1095 @ 58rc
Blade Thickness: .175 Inch
Weight: 6 Ounces
