Dressed pretty but ready for work in the kitchen, at the camp site, or wherever a large, tough, and slicey stainless knife is called for.

For what it’s worth - I was a complete skeptic about AEB-L.. Until trying a few Good Knife Co / David Mary Collaboration’s. David grinds a mean blade, heat treatment is spot on. The AEB-L knives from Mr Mary tolerated some ridiculous accidental abuse. Great knives.
