Thank you for your comments. They made me very happy. I used the etching for a few years, invented a procedure. In the end, I managed to make it like this.

Lovely pattern - beautifully done overall. I like the geometry of the scales as well. GLWS - if I didn’t already have a commission in the works I would very tempted. Hope to see more of your work on the forum.

One more thing: You didn’t ask for comments but I’m going to offer one anyway - and this is by no means any criticism of your work ( it’s obviously a gorgeous piece). For me, a tapered tang can enhance both the balance of the knife (not always) as well as complement the overall form of the blade - especially on a blade with a distal taper and hollow grind. It’s a subtle addition that gives great pleasure to the eye. Obviously such treatment isn’t possible or even desirable for any number of reasons. Thanks for indulging me and I apologize if my remarks are taken as diminishing in any way your superb work - they certainly are not. Thanks for sharing your work, and for giving me another possible reason for depleting my retirement funds!

I like to read the opinion. Thank you for that. I'm sorry if my English is bad and I don't mean anything bad at all. The knife has been cut in the top of the bevel. At the top of the knife is an additive with a false cut. This is mainly due to the reinforcement of the middle and front of the tip. The upper cut is narrowed at least due to batoning. It must be taken that it is an addition to the knife as a reinforcement. Behind him is a withdrawal per inch. Maybe I explained the construction. I don't want to explain something wrong. If so, I apologize. But I am grateful for any opinion. And thank you all for your contributions.

Your English is better than many speak in Texas! 🤣 I don’t know if I just missed it at first or if you added the video, but it shows off the contours of the knife much better than the still photos. Again, a very beautiful knife my friend. I don’t think it’ll be around here long!

I’ll take it Menem! I’ve been so taken with this knife that I look at it about 12 times a day…time to pull the trigger. Will PM you about PP details.

Received today! It's absolutely a wonderful blade... well-balanced, very sharp, terrific shaping on the scales, perfectly polished. Good-fitting sheath. The etch on the Elmax blade is very well done. Miro Haso does exceptional work. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any of his knives. Shipping was quick, and Miro communicates very well about all aspects of the knife and shipping! A++. Thank you Miro for a knife beyond my expectations...will be a treasured part of my collection!

Thank you for your patience with my English. I am happy to have met a man named ADBrown. The sale of the knife went without a single problem, despite the fact that I am from Europe. It is difficult to comment here, because the whole process of the store was perfect. I am very glad that the knife pleased you and found a place in your collection. Best regards, Miro
