This large Griptilian is a discontinued model and was new when I received it and I've carried it some and opened a few packages. No scratches on the blade, but some small smudges/marks if looking at it in the right angle of light. Buttery smooth action and the pivot is centered spot on. I did replace the original clip with an aftermarket anodized blue tiger looking one. I do not have the original clip. Comes with its box and baggie as well.
