This one was bought already assembled with the Flytanium titanium scales added on. The g10 scales are included as well. They have never been on the knife. It has been carried and used and shows some wear. It comes with a custom carbon fiber clip. Does not come with a latch. Comes with box. I'm asking $old and I pay the Paypal fees and shipping.
