Knife only, NO BOX, M4 steel. I purchased from the original owner who carried it for a day, and did the same myself. Factory sharp edge, centered when closed, but the center female threaded pocket clip insert (for right hand carry) stripped, so I removed it and used the one from the left side. I have been a knife nerd for over 20 years, and never had this happen, but it was easier than sending it to BM.
