I have a 940S-1 (discontinued partially serrated version) in S90V steel that you might find interesting!
Edge grind was originally goofy, but I fixed that up with a sexy polished edge, that hasn't cut anything but paper since.
Perfect centering, better than your average Benchmade action.
Looking to let it go because it's my first 940, and I've found that the blade geometry just isn't for me.
They were, and a 940-1 currently is, about $270 new. I'll let it go for
$195

Comes in original box, w/ papers.
