I love tactical folders, but I can no longer justify owning them as I work two desk jobs.

Up for sale:
  1. SOLD! - Benchmade Contego 810 CPM-M4 (Gray) - $135 - Used in 8/10 condition (see pics)
  2. SOLD! - Cold Steel Recon 1 XL Tanto CTS XHP (Green) - $65 - Used in 9/10 condition (see pics)
Logistics:
  1. Prices include shipping and PayPal fees. US shipping only
  2. Reply with "I'll take it" plus a PayPal payment shortly after
  3. Each knife will be shipped inside a separate cardboard box with padding for added protection
  4. Email / PayPal me at dvdkliu@gmail.com
  5. Trades accepted but only for new, USA made folders
  6. This is my first knife sale so forgive me in advance if I've forgotten any info, I will reply to questions in this thread and via my email above. I've sold plenty of times elsewhere though!
Benchmade Contego 810 (Gray)
  • I'm the first owner. I purchased new from my local Benchmade authorized dealer in February 2017
  • Comes with original box, carry pouch, and packaging
  • Zero blade play and falls shut. Awesome
  • Carried ~50 times. Used ~25 times. No scratches on blade or handles
  • Never taken apart though I have sharpened it with my Sharpmaker. Comes hair shaving sharp!

Cold Steel Recon 1 XL Tanto (Green)
  • I'm the first owner. I purchased it new from Knifeworks in March 2017.
  • No box
  • Zero blade play
  • Never carried, used, or sharpened. It has sat on my night stand as an emergency self defense weapon. I've flipped it ~100 times though
  • No scratches on blade or handles
  • If you shake the knife from side to side you hear a rattle. I believe this is from a spacer near the pivot that is slightly short. It has no effect on the knife's usability or play
  • Tiny chip in the black coating on the pocket clip
