I bought this from another member earlier this year, and it has sat in the safe since then, with the exception of the occasional fondling...
IIRC, the member I bought it from had never used it, and I have not carried or used it since I got it. It comes in the correct box with everything it came from the factory with. It has a black deep carry Benchmade clip on it, but the original clip and screws are also included... The 154CM blade is centered.
Since BM changed their pricing policy, the coated Mini Grips are selling for $102 from dealers.
It's a terrific knife, but I'm just not big on coated blades, so this one will be replaced with another Mini without the coating.
