New. Great tool for wet-forming, shaping, smoothing and burnishing leather. Measures 5 3/8" total length. I use a similar one for most of my wet-forming projects and find it gives great results with sharp, well defined, smooth flowing lines. Easy to use with a thumb ramp built in for better control. The metal part of the tool is made from reclaimed 19th century steel. The metal shows age with some patina. The handle is solid black palm wood with a very comfortable sculpted design.
