Knife Maker Bill Cheatham,Pheonix AZ. " Chipped Flint " ss blade. Actual ss I do not know,my guess is ATS-34. AKCA 1991 club knife 21 of 60. Stag handle,sheath is right side vertical.Guard appears to be nickel silver. This is a very well made knife. 8" OAL ,blade is 3-3/4" with 3-1/8" of cutting edge. Knife is a little loose in sheath.
