I love this blade and don't particularly want to part with it, but recently purchased a grail knife before getting hit with a few unexpected expenses, including new brakes for my wife's car, so here we go.

Ergos and balance are flawless. Knife is solid. Edge is sharp. Comes with the original sheath. Never used by me, aside from a test cut on a roll of paper towels... sliced all the way to the cardboard. Carried a few times, but apparently I'm not allowed to carry a Bowie in Denver, and doubt we'll be camping this year due to fire ban and wildfires. I plan on buying another from Bill when I can... or I'll even buy this back if you decide you don't like it... just give me a week because I'll have money next week, but the problem is I need money this Saturday.

I bought this as a user with a few scratches and spots on the high carbon steel, as Bill used this as a camp knife before resharpening to send to me. I had intended to put a mustard patina on this but never got around to it. Never attached a clip or loop to the sheath either. Knife just sits under my bed. Presented as a "user" with minor blems on the steel surface which could easily be polished out... but I really think a mustard patina would look better. This is a mean heavy duty knife that rides light and feels like magic in the hand.

I am asking ONLY $175 SHIPPED for this. I doubt I'll drop the price and it will be withdrawn if it doesn't sell by Friday night.

I can accept PayPal F&F, Zelle, or Cash app. Will ship via USPS Priority insured.

No pics, but here's a link to pics in the original sale thread from a few months back: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/personal-user-bowie.1833658/

Someone lend this guy the money.......

He shouldn't Have to sell it.

(Temporary) Seconds if needed
I hate borrowing money. This is just the nature of collecting knives... whenever you're short on cash you can always sell them here. I must've sold off my entire collection at least 5 times over the past 20 years. lol

I hope you can get it back.....

I hope you can get it back.....
Bill makes plenty of Bowies in different styles... it has a new home now... maybe when this settlement check finally comes through I'll request Bill make one similar to Bagwell's style... I heard from several experts he is probably the only maker familiar enough with those blades to pull that off properly.
